    Premarket checklist. Zones, bias, 2 to 4 edges. About 20 minutes.

  2. By 9:25 ET

    Plan sent to me. An if/then for each edge.

  3. The session

    Trade only your edges. 5 steps before every click. Nothing in the middle.

  4. After the close

    Analysis template. Every session, no-trade days too. I reply to each one.

  5. Weekend

    Weekly review. Running totals. Pick one fix.

  6. 60 min call

    1:1 with me. Review the week, fix the one leak, set next week's focus.
